• One-to-one support for positional and aspirational leaders, future worldbuilders, and people who just know they were born to make an impact. Our work is about you and how you actualize your goals. My perspective is always supporting you to meet your goals while maintaining anti-racist, anti-oppressionist, and anti-capitalist mindsets. That means justice and equity are at the center of the work we do together, and learning may require some re-learning.

Critical Thinking/Pedagogy and Inclusive Practices

• A customized experience that puts you in the driver's seat as you work to advance your practices of equity and inclusion.

This service is especially helpful if you need someone to help you assess your work or develop a comprehensive strategy for it. This work is strategic and data-driven. It lets you mentally rest while someone else provides the structure.

Thought Partnership

• External review, feedback, or just ideating new ideas. Together, we organize your thoughts and strategize the next steps. 

Project-Focused

• We move through the steps/stages of the project launch, which may include climate assessment, creating action plans, and setting goals.

Review-Only

• This is for individuals who may not have time to discuss their work but would like a comprehensive review with feedback. This work may include written documentation, including syllabi, policy documents, job descriptions, mission/vision/value statements, websites, social content, curriculum, and external communication.

Outcome-Based Program or Event Development

• Designing and developing educational programs with designated outcomes/goals, including implementation and assessment strategies. Thinking through event needs from start to finish.
